Couples Therapy

Let's face it, relationships are work. Like, a lot of work. Our couples therapy is for couples that want to work on their relationship; not end it. Often we are trying to live up to a fantasy that we have in our head of "what a relationship should be like". In reality, it often falls short. Why? Because we were never taught the tools we need to navigate a meaningful intimate relationship. It's like trying to build a house without a floorpan.
